How long to ship generally?
Placed an order on the phone using a gift certificate on jan 3rd, no confirmation email or anything so I'm not sure if it has shipped. Don't want to call if it generally takes this long to ship, just curious. My CC was charged 6 dollars for what went over the gift cert so I know the order went through ok.
ive bought a few things in the last month from them and they have shipped it all out in 1-2 or even same day.... I have used the internet site and got email conf's from them–– also you can go online and maybe check status!!??
The Fort Worth warehouse is all caught up from the holidays. If you ordered on a Saturday the 3rd, then it went out on Monday the 5th.
If your item was from our Shreveport warehouse, then it should have been shipped a by the the 7th.

FedEx made their first attempt at delivery on the 9th. They are making their 4th attempt today.(01/14/09)
