I recently did a dealing with CTD, because they had what I needed, and the price wasn't too bad, and I was a little desperate.
So, the product arrived, and a piece was not with it. Called them up, they sent an entire new unit free of charge.
Their prices are not always great.... they list prices are not always completely honest..... but you can't find a company that has better customer service. When they make a mistake, they make it right. You can't say that about everyone.
