i have been buying stuff off your sight for a few years now...
i had a problem about 2 months ago...web sight said "order denied" when it actually went through, so I called it in, basicaly both orders got sent out...the customer service was VERY good though. I like how your orders come with a prepaid lable in case you need to return...all i did was open one of the orders, take out the lable, stick it on close it and sent it back...IF FACT the customer service rep I spoke with even refunded the shipping on the order i kept, went the extra mile, i was impressed...
were you serious about sugestions??
1) i wish you had one warehouse...i hate how if you order only a few things but one of the things comes from the second location your shipping jumps way up (I guess when you stock as much variety as you guys do though, there is no way around having 2 warehouses) What i do now is just wait and order tons of stuff at once that way i dont have one lone item coming from the second warehouse that jacks the shipping up 10 bucks...
2) lower ammo prices (I know its easier said then done, i know the market is kinda screwed right now) also you guys make up for it with the huge selection and the best prices around on a lot of other stuff you carry
Question...do you guys still have the "member" pricing? Last time I ordered I did not see it...did you guys do away with that?
Anyway, you guys ALWAYS ship FAST, very fast!!! Overall you guys run an impressive operation....
Now, how about some "special" arfcom pricing or deals

Sweet. Long time customer and I can't tell you how impressed I was when I ordered my Ceiner AR conversion kit a month or so ago. Placed the order on Sunday evening, chose the slowest (cheapest) shipping option, had the product in my grubby little hands on Wednesday.
