 New Customer Order wtf

Oh-lala. First time ordering and I may be making some mistakes. I made the order during the "Free Shipping" sale and screwed by not putting the code to get the deal. No problem as they got me for $6 bucks shipping. My fault. But now the "in stock" items are still showing processing in my order that I have paid shipping for and my emails are gone unanswered and no one picks up the phone.

You do realize they got a crap load of orders?

Don't know what people expect their order to go out as soon as it's placed.

Does BCM ever have anything in stock???

PSA is a much larger unit than BCM.

OP...IM customer service to see what's going on, they are really the only ones that can help you on this.

How do you people have trouble getting them on the phone.

I called last Wednesday and got them the first time. My phone lost the signal, and I had a couple of things come up, so it was an hour or so before I could call back.

I called back and got an answer the first time again. I had the guy go look for the Hornady LNL AP press. They were out. The second time, I had him check to see if they were on order or if they knew when they might be coming in.

I have had days where I called and needed to try a couple of times before I got an answer, but never like some folks are always saying. I almost always call before I go down to be sure they have what I'm looking for in stock, and if they have it but only have a couple, they will put it back for me.

OP, they have publicly apologized for being so behind on orders. They've also made it clear that it may take several days to process and ship your order. They've also admitted that their order tracking isn't the best––hence the "where's my order" thread elsewhere in their Industry forum.

Be patient. They'll get it to you, and then the wait will be worth it.

BCM does the fraction of the sales Palmetto does.

Not to mention the fact that BCM never has anything in-stock.

The free shipping was automatically applied during the sale. There was no code to input for the free shipping. I'm not sure why you had an error, but PM me your online order number and CS will look into it for you.

Im sure there was a total when you checked out and you still put in your cc#.

what slows down the process is people clogging up the phone lines and email with shipping questions.
pretty soon they will have to change their order status system...
status: ricky is reading order and created shipping label
status: ricky is pulling items
status: ricky's older cousin put it shipping box
status: waiting on UPS driver Eddie cause Ray Ray is on vacation
All the above summed up with "processing"

I didn't have to do anything special for free shipping. In fact I didn't know it was going on till after I placed an order and was pleasantly surprised on checkout.

The couple times I've called, I got through no problem.

funny how i mentioned mine would ship soon and low and behold it shipped the next day i posted above. I will have it tommorow but build is gonna have to wait. I had alos ordered a PSA buffer tube kit and LPK and after ordering realized i needed a MOE stock kit instead I tried calling to get the order changed with no luck on the phone so sent a email also. ..I should have tried to call again since when my order shipped there was no mention of the stock. so now i need to get one ordered.

I'm not a "fanboy." I only own one PSA rifle. It's just absolutely ridiculous how people come in acting like they are the best thing that ever happened and PSA needs to jump through hoops for them. PSA has always taken care of any issue that arises but instead of contacting the company to fix an issue, (if there even is one, which I doubt) crybabies get on the site and bash PSA for no reason. The idiot first says that no one picks up the phones. Then he makes up some BS about the employee lying to him about a code and then hanging up on him. Do you not see how much BS that is? Why would an employee do that? I sell guns every day at work and I see idiots like the OP come in everyday acting like everyone needs to roll out the red carpet because they are the best thing that ever happened to our store.

As far as being a member... I took so long to become one because DBs like yourself that have the "holier than thou" attitude. You sit in front of a computer all day and make stupid pointless comments on a million threads. Wow, good job. You are officially a certified badass.
