The PSA Gen 2 MOE LPK plus the PSA MOE Stock kit is $144.90
The MOE Lower build Kit is $144.95
These are identical correct?

New Gen 2 Kit!! Features black oxide coated, coiled spring pins for the bolt catch, and black oxide coated hammer and trigger springs.
The MOE lower build kit has the "classic" LPK
