As far as I know they don't answer the phone, it's just a voice mail that says to e mail info@whatever their website is. Did that change? I know they were talking about adding new phone lines and support staff
Their is a member on here that works for PSA that gave me a number before and they answer the phone but I can't find it.

We just revamped the phone system with a new phone bank. 803-788-9095 has 3 full time operators answering. Their names are Nicole, Bryan and Lindsey. If you don't get through right away try and call back in a few minutes and you should be able to get one of them.

WOW got them on the phone this time and the lady looked up my order and let me know it will ship out before this weekend. I love PSA parts, this is my 3rd lower kit I ordered from them and the triggers are sweet and the parts fit beautiful. Only complaint I have is PSA doesn't carry anti walk pins, I have to always order them from Brownells and pay another shipping charge.

I spoke with Bryan this morning about a problem that I had with my order. Admittedly, it took about 10 minutes of calling back after continually going to voicemail. He was very helpful, and even called me back later in the afternoon to let me know that the rest of my order was shipping out tonight.
If I could make a suggestion about the phone system it would be to add a hold system that keeps the caller in a queue.
this is great news, i had issues with that a few weeks ago and i'm not gonna lie it ticked me not being able to talk to someone on the phone, and then not having my email responded to, so I went with BCM for that build. I have another build planned once you guys get what i need back in stock and as long as I can talk to someone on the phone, you will have my business. I'd imagine there are others out there like me that do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that you can not get ahold of on the phone when you need to. I'm having the same issue right now with budsgunshop and I've just about had it with them.
