Your upper should be ready on Friday
You guys had tremendous customer service at one time. I understand you start growing and you can't keep up with demand, I got that. When your own counter staff uses WAL-MART and their shipping practices as an example of your customer service, my friend there is an issue. I have supported Wal-Mart stores from Ohio to Georgia and have not seen but a few examples of good or even decent service.
Your guy tells me you don't even have the parts in house. How about your active inventory system?
I love having you guys around. Please just tighen up. I don't drop $1,000's of at Wal-Mart. I often drop several hundred dollars with you guys in a month's time and expect a little better service than a minion from Wal-Mart delivers.
Also the cashier terminals seem to be above some of your folks head.
Thank you for being here. I'll continue to buy some parts and ammo, but uppers I may have to reconsider.
It is with a heavy heart I write this.
OP orders an upper online on Thursday. We state that the upper takes 10-15 business days to assemble.
4 days later the OP wants to pick the upper up.
When he finds out it is not ready yet, he yells at the employee.
I stand by our employees and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated.
I may have let a curse word slip and I do apologize for the indiscretion. I hope your employee will forgive me for that. I was stoked on receiving an email stating that my upper had "been shipped". I was hasty to run up there expecting my upper to have been completed in such a short period of time. I have ordered other uppers from you and I apologize. This is my mistake. My fiance' was so stoked with having her own AR that when I saw the "had been" shipped I jumped the gun.
OK, no harm no foul. I think I have seen you before in the Farrow Rd store.
I looked and your upper should be ready by Friday. Please IM us on Thursday and one of our staff will let you know it is ready.
I can see why you would be excited to get it.
I am up there nearly every weekend I am on-call.
Hey wait......I ordered mine on the 2/24..... I want mine.......j/k I can wait... You guys are always slammed when I come in but you always are very nice and take your time to answer questions. I usually stop by once a week to stock up on my pistol ammo. I can't remember the guys name that works back with the guns but he is a super nice guy. He use to work at the other Columbia store before the new one opened. He took his time with my wife in showing her a revolver when I was trying to get her to get a 1911( which is what I really wanted to add to my collection). I sure am glad you opened the new location closer to my house....even though my wallet might disagree. Can't wait till my upper is done but I do understand the demand is very high right now. Thanks for the great customer service and I ll see ya soon...probably tomorrow.

Me too. I ordered mine 2/22 (upper and MOE LPK kit) and it's still Processing. It will get here when it get's here.
I also ordered my upper on Thursday, what about me!!!
I know it's early, but BOY would it be nice to have my upper by Monday!!!! That would put you guys in the dictionary under the word FAST!!
