Frantically Trying To Place Order - "Sorry, No Quotes Are Available?"
so I finally have funds/know what to order/convince wife to let me order/item's in stock . . . (PSA 16" Mid-length Chrome-lined Upper)
I add it to the cart, complete order (both while trying to register and as a guest) and I get the message:
Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.
After entering my (legit U.S.) address that I have ordered from PSA with before. Pretty frustrating as I try to throw money at PSA.
So I call the web help like (before 2:00 PM PT to make sure they're open on EST) and someone picks up and then hangs up on me without saying anything (but I hear talking on the other end).
I re-dial. Rings and rings and rings. I try calling back like 9 times, it rings out every time. I try calling the general help line and get a generic "business hours" message.
Ugh, will someone take my money, please? I really want that upper.
I also feel like i should point out that PSA really frustrated me one other time (and several lesser frustrations on other occasions) when they left an item out of my LPK.
HOWEVER, they DID send me a free hat with the replacement item. so I do want to say thank you for that. they try pretty hard to make it up after something bad happens.
