I have a few Sportical questions

I've been speaking to my local dealer about ordering a Sportical but he doesn't seem to think its available in a "NJ compliant" version. Is there something available (or an option) that would allow for NJ compliance (basically with the Sportical the muzzle device and mag capacity would be the only require change).
Also does the Sportical come with a chrome lined barrel or option to add chrome lining?
Thanks for you help, I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I have had nothing but perfection from my other two DPMS rifles and would love to add another to the collection.

We do offer a NJ compliant rifle, your dealer can order direct from DPMS and we do not offer Sportical barrels chrome-lined.
