Website says .223 but is 5.56 a go or no-go in these?

Also, is that a bipod stud or sling swivel below the FF HG?

The barrel listed is chambered .223 Remington, we do not recomend shooting 5.56 Nato in the .223. The stud is included along with the sling swivel.
