16" chrome lined .308

I bought the special build with the 16" M4 style chrome lined barrel. This is a great looking gun, flawless function, but the accuracy is very inconsistant. Anybody else have one? How does yours shoot?

What manufacturer did you buy?
I have the AR-10A4 by Armalite. Its a mean little battle rifle. I originally had an A2 stock on it but swapped it out for a Vltor modstock. My next upgrade will be a better rail system. The alostyr rail system that it came with is a little cheesy for my tastes.

This is a DPMS factory build.

I would assume it is DPMS since it is the DPMS section.
anyway whats the ammo your using. and whats the round count
the rifle will improve with use and break in and will shoot better with good quality factory brand ammo. you cant expect much for surplus ammo. each rifle is different but most tend to favor a 168g bullet
