DPMS  [Industry Partner]

Dear Friends,

After 23 years with DPMS, the time has arrived for me to enjoy my “golden years.” With mixed feelings, I announce my retirement effective December 14, 2009. It is extremely difficult to say goodbye to the only life I have ever known and even more to step away from staff, colleagues and friends whom I have spent so much of my life with. All of you are considered friends and family and I am truly blessed by this great family.

I have been working and traveling for the past 37 years, I now look forward to the next “stage” in my life where my family, my friends and perhaps even me, can come first. Perhaps there is never a good time to retire, however there will always be the next challenge, the next hurdle, but for me the time is right. It is time to slow down and enjoy life. DPMS is blessed beyond belief to have such talented, hard working, and knowledgeable people. I know that I am leaving DPMS in the capable hands of its employees. It is they who will take DPMS to the next level, and I am excited to watch from the sidelines. The success of DPMS has happened because of the employees, the customers, and our partners in the industry. I wish to personally thank everyone for their dedication to our brand over the past 23 years.

I wish all of you much happiness and success in your careers and in your personal lives. I will miss you all.

A Sincere Farewell & Thanks,

Randy Luth
