Colt folding stock?

Sorry I tried searching but this is why I havent bought an ar yet and when I saw it I was in love... So when can civilians get the folding stock?

From the SCW? We don't know if it will ever be produced at all... Colt makes a lot of really cool stuff that never makes it to market. I too would love to have one, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Oh thats retarded... Everything else has a folding stock, do they not like money or do they just hate us or something? I was hoping they were gonna compete with the acr and scar with this new idea just a 16in barrel but I guess just that would make too much sense. Atleast I have my aks's that are probably better anyway but I would love to switch to an american rifle since im american! I hope they do, I dont see why they wouldn't... But what do I know?

Colt usually doesn't release something until they have perfected it. The fact that it isn't out after all these years leads me to believe they (Colt) do not feel it is ready for market.
The buffer and carrier system are completely new in the SCW stock. Who knows how reliable it actually is...

it would be nice if they at least made the BCG and buffer systems for pistols
