There was a thread on GT and a guy was asking if a Spike's carbine on Gunbroker was a good buy. At the time it was going for $225.
It sold for...... wait for it..... $1225. (Sorry. It was relisted and is up to $750) Personally, I think it is a parts gun from the description "non-chrome lined barrel" and from the picture, no Spike's logo on the BCG. Is this a complete rifle or parts gun?
Bottom number looks like WOO ST15

I'm not going after the seller, but I am just curious.
Nevermind. I emailed the seller and he said:
This is a custom AR-15. The upper is an R Guns upper and the twist is 1 to 9!!!

every spikes barrel has been chrome lined unless its a special order barrel (far and few), early BCG's were not spider marked, when they were stag or RRA uppers, also all the UTG stuff up front and looks to be cheap chinese knockoff leads me to safely say that this is a parts built rifle and not a spikes factory rifle.
The only thing ST on that weapon is the stripped lower. Everything else came from FIIK.

Yeah that's not an ST rifle.
That thing is a turd.

Nope, it is a cheap knock off EOTech that projects the reticle from the front side. No rear sight on it.
Its easy to get your turd bidded up to $1200+ when you use shill bidders. Who the fuck would pay that much for a rifle with crap parts without doing any research, hence the relisting.
