How long is the wait on a barrel ?

If I order a barrel or barrel assembly how long is the wait? I am thinking of the standard 20" type.

Usually you get them in a week, mostly the travel time from them to you.
Call for availability.

I ordered mine a week ago, and it hasnt even shipped yet. I hope someone posts a positive response to this.

I just talked to bushmaster. I ordered a bbl on the 16th of Feb. And they said it wouldnt be shipping out untill at least the 7th of March. Ugh, what a kick to the nuts. They also said they are in a transition period.

Is there a link to these barrels and how much they cost? I'd like to have a shorter one then what came stock. Do I need to pay and get a tax for the shorter barrel Bustmaster offers?

I just talked to Bushmaster and they stated they are not selling spare or individual barrel assemblies at this time for the ACR and won't be until 3rd Quarter this year.

They also told me due to the move they are going through the spare polymer hand guard I ordered over a week ago won't ship for another three weeks.

The barrel I ordered on feb. 16th for an AR that Im building still hasnt shipped. I just sent them an email and if I dont have a answer from them by Friday I will call them again. The last lady I talked to on the phone was no help.

Bushmaster emailed me back and said it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before it shipped. But I also got an email from them today saying it shipped with a fedex tracking number but, the number is currently invalid. And it doesnt look like my credit card was charged. So I am very confused and will be calling them tomorrow. I dont know if I would buy from them again.

And magically my bbl showed up at my door today.

You ordered a spare barrel with the parts and got one?

I believe he is talking about an AR barrel, not an ACR barrel assembly. But hey welcome to AR15 .com

Ah, my mistake, all I can think about is my ACR. And thank you.

I know that Bushmaster is going through a move right now, and I hate that American are loosing there jobs, but this is killing me. I ordered a assembly for a 14.5 with Izzy Comp on March 3rd. I have called twice to check on the status both times customer service told me to expect a shipping email that or the next day....nothing. Called this morning and was told it was on backorder and to expect it to ship in three weeks.
