Sparc won't shut off

The power button stopped turning my Sparc off. I hold the button in the red turns off as soon as I release the button it turns back on. I have to remove the battery or let it turn off on its own. Tried a new battery too.
Any Ideas?

That happened to one of mine, I replaced the battery and it works fine now..
If that doesn't work I would give the company a shout, I hear their customer service is top notch..

Mine was doing the same thing. I have to leave the battery out until i go to the range.

The only time I've seen this happen is when the battery is getting low. Replacing with a new battery always seems to solve it, but it sounds like you've tried that already. If that doesn't work then the next thing I would do is call up customer service and they will take care of it for you. You can reach them at 1-800-426-0048. Hope this helps. the new battery that i put in may not be that new... when i get another new one i will post results. Thanks for replies.

Just wanted to chime in and say ive had a similar issue when the battery cap has worked slightly.loose. well.tightened cap is a must on the sparc in my experience.
