It's considered a heavy profile barrel.

Not trying to be smart here.

But what is the "Bull Profile"?
I already own an Armalite SSASS and cannot find dimensions / profile for this barrel. I am considering having a custom barrel made for another project and want to know the profile of this barrel so that I can make a decision for the other barrel.

ArmaLite doesn't give specific barrel profiles when it comes to dimensions, tolerances etc as some of the information is proprietary. Below is some information I found by Googling "barrel profile".
