Whats the fix?!! My bolt catch doesnt seem to hold the bolt open after firing the last round. Ive checked with every mag....All of which are factory fresh new.
I have to press the tail of the lever to hold the bolt open with an empty mag. Has this been an issue with other rifles? Ive already had to replace the mag release once from being out of spec.
Was this a problem with LPKs on certain rifles?
If you are using an AR-10 (7.62mm) rifle then you need to have the new bolt catch. Here is a link to the article on Armalite Web Site

If AR-10, ArmaLite did send out some mags with M1A followers which don't have the bolt catch tab.
Im sorry I didnt specify. Its an AR10 A2 thats had a flat top upper replacement. SO, New bolt catch it is.
