What torque should the scope screws on the ARMALITE 1" SCOPE MOUNT ASSEMBLY be tightened too?

...and I should be able to just throw my Leupold in them without having a pro re-machine the inside surfaces, right?

The scope ring screws should be torqued 20-25 inch lbs.
