Does ArmaLite Make AWB Carbine FT w/Front A2 Sight?

I am about a week away from putting my tax return to good use and buying my first AR-15.

I have a few questions:

1.) Does ArmaLite make AWB compliant version of the flat top carbine with an A2 sight over the gas block (as opposed to a rail block). Essentially, this ( http://www.armalite.com/ItemForm.aspx?item=LEC15A4CBK&ReturnUrl=Categories.aspx?Category=8e8e5de6-5022-483e-812b-822e58014822 ).

2.) If SO, will the Magpul rear MBUS sight work with the front A2 sight? If not what do you recommend for a rear pop up sight?

3.) Id NOT, what is a good pop up sight system that I can use on the gas block?

I am unclear on what you are looking for...

Are you looking for a railed gas block to put a flip up front sight on, or are you the A2 front sight base itself?

As for the barrel, you would have to either call or have your dealer call and ask for the -2 model of the rifle that you are looking for. That will have a muzzle break pinned and welded for the AWB states.

You answered my question but I'm going to go with a Colt instead. Armalites are physically impossible to get in NY apparently. Thanks though!
