This has never happened before but at the range after 30 rounds my hammer pin backed out so it wasnt in the hole on the right side of the reciever, after this happened the bolt would go back but i had to pry it forward. This then happened every 10-15 rounds.
If it's the ArmaLite two-stage trigger, you lost the D shaped ring that is on the hammer and sits between it and the receiver. Find it or order a new one.
You're correct that it's possible for a shooter to lose the D-ring style hammer pin retainer.
It's also possible that the earler hammer with the J-wire style pin retainier has broken and fallen out.
Both situations are minimized if customers just don't take their trigger groups out. There's no need to do so for cleaning, but it's not uncommon for customers to sort of go exploring and not stop until their rifle is laying all over the kitchen floor in pieces.

Yep it was the D ring, i couldnt update because my account was locked! Luckily i neatly placed everything inside the nice green plastic case you guys ship triggers in.
