I think there is a standard model, and a rubber overmold model. Sorta like the MOE and MOE+ grips from Magpul

Yep, you nailed it.

There are 5.56 and 7.62 versions ... 5 colors ... coarse and fine ... 20 SKUs total.

no they are both hard plastic, the rougher one is just that, more rough, the smooth is less rough obviously. I got to see them at SHOT and they are pretty nice and priced just like other grips on the market

I called today and asked...the guy I spoke with said they were not sure if it'll fit the SCAR, so I ordered one to find out. Either way, if it doesn't fit my SCAR, I'm sure I have an FDE AR it could go on.
