I do not know how often they check their voice mail, but I have communicated a bunch of times with them and I have never had an issue. Try contacting Troy at the following email address: troy@midwestindustriesinc.com They seem to be very good with customer service issues. Good Luck.

what are you talking about? I check my voice mail everyday. if you emailed or even called during normal business hours you would be taken care of right away. as you can see it is Sunday and I am still checking this site and my email at the shop you do know I don't live at the shop and I cant be there 24-7 but I do my best to make sure we cover things as much as possible.
