 Tools for MI T series FF Handgard

Do I need to order the special tools MI sells to install the T series hangard or will a standard GI tool work? I want to order one soon.

I would recommend a good upper receiver block along with the MI barrel nut wrench and the jam nut wrench.

Will the YHM wrench work in these cases?

Also, does this one lock in any way besides the lock ring so it can't rotate?

Most of the pin type barrel nut wrenches work. the DPMS and the YHM will work.
both the t-series and ss-series feature a anti rotation screw in addition to the lock ring.
