Digital Desert receiver set---what did I stumble upon?

I found these at my last gun show. The dealer and I have been selling and buying from each other for about a year now and he had 2 sets of these. I picked up this one and wondered who did the dip, and how many of these are around?
The Troy TRX in FDE matches this setup really well, and the rest of the weapon will be black. A 16" midlength pencil contour barrel will go in with a shaved FSB and a YHM 5.56 QD brake will be installed in anticipation of my 762 Titanium suppressor that I might get to take home sometime around April or May
I plan on running it with a Tactical Intent TI-7 stock from Accurate Armory but placed my LMT SOPMOD on it for S&Gs.
And whose forge code is this?
