Model 3h sighting question

I have a model 3h upper and have a magpul BUS. when me and a friend of mine was sighting it a couple of weeks ago i noticed that the windage on the MBUS was set way to the left. i also tried a laser bore sight and its still way to the left (the windage). is this normal or is there some thing wrong with it? . all in all the rifle is nice and have no problem with feeding it any type of ammo.. Hopefully somebody from stag can answer this and help me thanks..

**UPDATE**
Talk to stag customer service, very helpfull and patience people. They said to sent it back(they provided the shipping) they will take a look at it . Hope fully they can fix it. Crossing my fingers...
