How Come No One From STAG ARMS Answers Questions On This Forum, But continue to Log In....
Kinda frustrating, many of these topics started do not get replies from Stag arms reps..Read the questions and see if you see many answers from stag..
Been Checking Their Reps log in dates latest 02/23/2009 (today), and there are recent log in every time I check, but last post date 2/11/2009.
EDIT: Logged in two different times since this was posted. ughhh~!
Edit: checked today 2-24 logged in again..

I am thinking, since we are just a few customers on arfcom,that they really don't care that much about our issues ? If we were the US military they would reply in about 45 seconds ?
or maybe I am wrong, but if they are logging in to chech & they leave....then they are ignoring us & maybe we should take our business elsewhere...I could cancel my 750.00 upper order...
You paid $750 for upper? They are all under $600 on STAG's website.

No kidding! Also,Stag shouldn't care about the Mil. since they don't have a contract with them.
Did you try and E-mail them? I E-mailed them about having the Stag pic thread stickied and they did it the next day. I'm sure they are busy and it's hard for them to be on the computer al day as they need to make rifle's and as stated in the LaRue forum they are probably getting so many calls and E-mails on wait times that they are tiered of answering. It may be bad costumer service but it's like someone poking you with there finger over and over and over. It gets annoying I'm sure. Just saying.

No email..No other industry partner forum even botach use to have problems answering questions..
It is a little frustrating. I've posted questions here and not gotten answers. I've emailed the same questions and it takes 4 replies back and forth to get an answer. Oh well... they makes sick shit, so I dont care.
I am calling Stag and Will find the Telephone number for a few different managers and VP..Usually a VP and a Management has enough time to deal with small stuff like my complaint.. I am reporting this to ar15 staff also..
They log in daily since I posted this months ago..Plain rude, just plain rude.
I've been coming back here since March to see if they ever answered the post about putting M4 ramps in Stag 6.8 uppers. I guess it's been a waste of time.
I have been trying to find out who the upper management is and there is little information about them even from 'industry' search engines. I've talked to a few instructors in the biz and although Stag makes a very good product, their customer service and trying to get a name to talk is the pits. I own an upper and like it a lot, but seriously I doubt I will another product from them because of this. It looks like in the last few years I have taken a couple of AR companies off my to do business with. Rock River and Stag have made good products, but service is what keeps me as a customer.
Just look at this STAG section. They are not real popular at the moment.
