I have sent IMs and numerous emails.......I cant get anyone to respond back.


I have faxed you guys my info and everything you ask for to be able to purchase armor.....I have also sent by mail the originals as you asked. I placed an order during the 25% off deal on the new plates your offering(stand alone levelIV)......I have an order number but no confirmation on shipping.


Have you guys recieved all my info?? was my stuff shipped but I didnt get a email notification?? did the ninjas eat my plates?? I am in the dark here guys.

While I'm not SKD, your question is probably answered in the below post. Since it's an armor order, I'm guessing it falls under the "paperwork requirement" category and will probably not get processed for another couple of days. They're slammed, just hang tight.

fwiw, i placed a similar order a few days before the sale and have not heard anything yet. I'm assuming they're swamped and they;ll get to me when it happens.

Sorry for the slow responses. We are totally swamped. I saw the IMs and emails but we have such a priority list of things to get done to finish up from last week.
I would place the order as need be, and if there is a problem with the creds you sent us our CS team will end up contacting you before it gets sent.
Normally for orders the creds have to be in first, I'm sure they are. I know when you sent them, but with all the chaos of last week we are far far behind in our emails.

Once again I apologize for the slow response time. But we are doing our very best to get orders packed and shipped as fast as possible and that's our number one concern for the time being.

They came in today and they look awesome! love the fact that I got stand alones the same size as ESAPIs.........I am going to run them in my PIG without the foam backers in(decrease a little more bulk) this is a great combination and I thank SKD for the awesome sale and opportunity to own these.......you guys rock!
