Anybody purchase the 18" Gov't Profile 22 lr?
I'm leaning towards building my second dedicated 22 upper. My first is a Spike's M4 style which works great as a trainer for my carbines. I want this next one to resemble more or less my rifle type ARs. I was wondering what people were experiencing with this upper. Reliability, group sizes, etc. Pics would be appreciated as well. It says on the website that it is a limited run, how limited are they talking about? Will I be good waiting a couple months. Thanks
Clint Beyer has limited his barrel length to 18" as that is
the limit he believes maximizes the 22 long rifle cartridge.
His barrels are Super accurate and can be built at CMMG.
I don't believe he has a Govt. Profile though as his barrels
are Aluminum with a steel bore...
