I bought a barrel from Clint Bayer to do a dedicated upper and I need to change my 5.56 chamber adapter to the one he provided. I see that the rails need proper alignment is there a guide to the change over? I'm a pretty handy DIY'er so what's the easy way to get it done.

It's easy. Pull one side of the rail apart from the chamber adapter, just enough for the adapter to be free. Roll the adapter down and it will seperate from the other rail.
Install the new collar in the reverse. Make sure the rail snaps into the collar on both sides.
The most important thing to remember is don't bend the rails or spread them too far.
The stainless is stronger than the black rails so you would have to purposely bend them.
