Excellent support and service from CMMG
I finally received my PSA lower receiver and was carrying out my build when it came time to put in the hammer. The retention pin would not make it through the hammer due to the internal retention spring (the paperclip looking piece in the hammer) catching it. Even serious pressure would not get this thing to budge.
I shot an email to CMMG and Mr. Kelly explained that they usually use a rubber hammer to install the pin. However, this particular hammer was not cooperating, the internal retention pin wouldn't move even with a real hammer.
Mr. Kelly quickly offered to send another hammer and pin.
CMMG stands behind their products and has great support.
I purchased the LPK through AIM and still had no problem with CMMG coming through.
Good to hear. My experience with CMMG customer service has been outstanding.
