I bought my M4LEPII with a K9 rail before I knew what I really wanted. Really like the look of the new Revolution hand guards.

Anyone one have one yet?

Will it work with the CMMG Piston system?

Other thoughts?

I have 2 of them. Yes, it is cut for the piston. It's very narrow and light weight. I don't care for the rubber grips but I'm told they are coming out with a different grip panel.

One issue I did run into with the 7" Revolution on my 5" .22. I use a suppressor and with the rail sections installed, the suppressor would not fit in the hand guard.
I can shave the anchor flats down a few thousandths and it will work. Just have not got to it yet.

Trying to find a picture of it without the grips.

Is it smooth and easy to hold without them?

Are there places to mount a rail at 45 deg?

It is smooth without the grips or rails. The rails will attach to the sides and bottom.

Black Rifle had a couple guns with these installed. I really like the size of the hand guard, but your right, those Buick mud flap grip panels are awful.

Disappointed they didn't drill them for a 45 deg mount, encase I ever shoot somewhere were I need offset iron sights. That Sampson looks like it may end up being the way to go.

I had really planned to keep all the metal parts on this gun, CMMG parts. But the DPMS muzzle break I guess broke that trend.
