I left a message yesterday around lunch time on the sales dept. phone about wanting to place an order and have yet to get a call back. I did not leave an e-mail because the message said that leaving a phone message and sending an e-mail would tie up two sales people.
I tired to send an IM just now, but got an error message that the CMMG user did not accept IM's...
I never did get a return call, but when I called today the phone was promptly answered and my order placed.

That's pretty good. I've left two phone messages, and two e-mails over the last two weeks with another mfg., and have yet to hear back. I know SHOT kept everyone busy, but....
Maybe I'll just peruse the CMMG website instead.

Called back on Thursday, and the guy who can help me is out with the flu. Arrrggghhhh.

Give us a buzz monday, all the sickies should be back and running. Rather than going thru the tech support menu on the phones, you can call and ask for taz or jordan. If they aren't outside or talking with someone else, they will be able to answer answer any question you have.
