Lucky that you asked, he must've just updated it because he was out of stock on the Spectre length forever but now they're back. Kevin seems to get supplies in more often than other places too.

Ordered my 9630-DX (carbine length) midday on Monday...had it in NC by midday on Wednesday.
Can NOT ask for better customer service!

Get the rifle length rail and then put a lo pro gasblock ($20 from brightflashlights) on it. They look beautiful

Do you know if I have to remove the flash-hider or anything else if I want to swap my rifle length YHM-diamonds for a carbine length set?

as long as you have a lo pro gas block you can just unscrew the rifle length forearm from the barrel nut and screw the carbine length on. No need to remove the flash hider, barrel nut, or gas block.

I also have the YHM end cap on...will that make it over the FH?

yes, the endcap will go over the flash hider.
