Change an order which hasn't shipped?
I placed an order about 10 minutes go but I placed the order with an item in my cart I don't need, it says it's too late to manually edit the order in my my account page, so how do I go about getting in touch with BCM?
I called the phone number but there was no answer all morning, maybe because I'm in the east coast?
