I currently have an Armalite midlength carbine barrel that I'd like to have reprofiled. .75 under the front sight and about .725 everywhere else. Would taking the barrel down to lightweight and leaving the fsb diameter alone be standard procedure? Would this cause and problems with accuracy or cause a stress point? Also any estimate on weight savings? Thanks in advance! Can't wait to use you guys.

Thanks for the response! It's approx .72 the entire length minus the gas block at .75 currently.

yeah .600 UHG + .570 FWD of the FSB would be standard. It should lose you at least 4-6 oz.
