I was looking to do a one stop shopping for a new 20" but the Flute/Dimple option isn't available for these barrel in ADCO site, can you lighten the RRA SS barrel (under the handguard)? Thanks!

Well, we flute/dimple nearly any non-tapered barrel.

Yes, we can contour under the HG on a RRA SS barrel.
