Opc Inc Collar clearnce question

Is there enough room to mount the Ops Inc collar onto a 14.5in barrel with a DD RIS II like that in the SOPMOD block 2 package/pic thread? Below is a good picture of this setup. Thanks!

Check here, but that looks too short.
