Profiling 16" bbl for Ops Inc Brake and Collar

I have a Wilson 16" bbl (came from a RRA midlength A2 rifle) and was wondering if it is possible to mount a 12th model can on it. Will I need a special collar since my bbl doesn't have the step manufactured in? Thanks!

Yes, we can put an Ops can on anything, we would likely need to contour a step into your barrel, and make a custom collar.

So should I go ahead and buy the brake and collar (presumably with the can) or would you need to order a special one from Ron?

Nope, we make the custom collars in house.

We make lots of stuff in house. We have 6 lathes, 5 mills, 3 welders, and 3 full time machine shop emoployees.
ETA: 7 lathes i forgot the HAAS CNC
