i am throwing around some build idea's and thinking of pin/welding a Breakout to a 14.5 midlegnth for a m4-2000. is this inviteing baffle strikes or can this be done correctly with no suppressor issue? thank you

No problem at all, in terms of shooting/suppressor use just expensive pinning those hard ass mounts.
