 Problem with a recent order

I just picked up an order I placed from you (order# 1919-3637-2697) at my local UPS station and upon opening the box to check my order, I noticed that the Coyote Brown MIAD Basic Kit that I ordered was NOT in the box. The 4x black Magpul XT Rail Panels were in the box, but no Coyote Brown MIAD. The invoice that was in the box clearly shows that I ordered a coyote brown MIAD Basic Kit during your July 4th special for $28.80 and it shows that I paid for it, too. I have sent several emails but haven't heard a thing back from you. Please let me know what I have to do to get this fixed.

I thought the problem was resolved. It's been 10 days since I was told the MIAD would be sent out and still no MIAD. I've sent emails asking the status, but still no replies. Anyone from Quantico know what's going on?

I'm not sure whats happening at the main store. I officially passed on the issues throught my manager, which she forwarded on up the chain. Hope things are resolved QUICKLY for you.

Thanks for all the help, but it's now been 2 weeks since I was told I'd have a replacement MIAD sent out, and I still haven't gotten any emails replied to. I have a feeling I'm going to have to call someone to rectify this within the next couple of days.

Yes, please call them direct. Climb up the chain till you get some one to take care of you.

I don't have any of the coyote or I'd just send you one of mine.

I finally got a reply to my emails saying it's scheduled to be delivered Friday. I'll let you know what happens.

Sorry for the run-around. I'm going to publish instructions to my shops on passing issues with mail-orders directly to correct people.

Hi,

We dropped the ball on this.

Your replacement MIAD kit got boxed but not shipped.

It went out today via UPS Next Day Air. You'll have it tomorrow.

No worries. Sometimes things happen. I bet this wasn't the first time its happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. That's just the nature of the beast sometimes. As long as it all gets worked out in the end, I won't hold a grudge.

Now, when are you going to have another sale?

I just wanted everyone to know that my MIAD was delivered this morning.
