I lost the takedown detent spring because I am an idiot and let go of it completely after taking the pivot pin out.
I put in an order, ORDER 61515. If you could get that sent out as fast as possible, it'd be greatly appreciated!

They gave me an extra one with my rifle kit but it was the actual detent that I lost for a few mins. Good luck I know how disappointing it is.

if you want stuff fast like that either...
a. order somewhere else.. because they are backed up to the point of ridiculous....
b. go to a local gun store that sells alot of ar-15 style rifles... they usually carry spare lower parts..
del-ton needs to not accept order when they get to a certain point of ridiculously long wait times.. its not like its bcm or noveske or colt

I was simply trying to get my order shipped FASTER than their already nominal shipping considering their current state of affairs. Please re-read and have a dictionary and thesaurus handy.

2) i doubt they are backordered on detent springs and detents
3) i called before i ordered, i knew i would be waiting before i even placed my order. call before you order if you arent willing to wait and dont order if they arent in stock.
4) NO company will refuse orders when they get backed up.

This has definitely not proven to be true for my order. A week ago I ordered a ACE SOCOM buttstock, and 2 P-mags and is still showing processing. All the parts show in stock on their web site. I can understand long waits on rifles and uppers because they have to be built, but it a little ridiculous still be processing a small parts order a week out and not reply to any E-mails. I guess MidwayUSA and Midsouth shooters supply has spoiled me as far a order processing and shipping goes.

Primary Arms beats those. I've heard of shipping notices withing 3-4 minutes! WITH Tracking Numbers!

We're doing our best right now. We've got a large volume of orders and emails to do. We're working on hiring 3 people in the next week, so that should help to get things moving faster! Emails are a little over a week behind. Orders for small parts are running close to a week behind now, and builds are 3-4 weeks. We're getting them out as fast as we can!

just letting every one know I jumped the gun on the bashing a little. Called and talked to Laura and got part of my order shipped out this afternoon. I guess there online catologe is behind quite a bit too. All the parts I ordered said instock and still do, but pmags and the Ace 1 inch butpads are back ordered.
