LPK grip - previously a lower question

****Not complaining, just helping others****

The a2 grip in my parts kit was off in size overall when compared to several other a2 grips causing the receiver ears to jab at my middle finger. (Yeah it's a pretty sharp jab) After Laura from DTI told me that the LPK grip may be off since they don't have a spec on size; I got another from a buddy and now the ears are flush with the grip so no more getting poked in the finger. So for the most part, any replacement grip from a2 to what ever you can find will correct this inconvenience. Sounds silly but this might help others since I've seen this issue in several photos in DTI pic threads.

Below you can see what I'm talking about when I say the ears don't sit flush with grip like they should. I'll try to get an "after" pic to show the difference.

Since you asked; nothing. A buddy was adamant about doing it for me and having me watch it being done since he claimed I would loose all my springs like he did on his first.

That's what makes it fun. Built up my fifth last weekend. Built up a DTI lower last year, I was inpressed with their product.

Yeah I kinda feel like I missed out... it wont be my last I'm sure. I agree with the DTI quality. I love my rifle from top to bottom even when compared to pricier rifles. Between DTI and the EE I've got one sexy and practical gun that I love and it's constantly making people crap their pants when they hear how well I've done price wise.
