Headed out in a week. Tips?
Well, got the deer lease work done early, which leaves me and my buddy a weekend to go look for pigs before bow season. I goofed around and bought some cheap Night Owl Night Vision off ebay for 50 bucks, and a red 5 million candlepower spot light to try out.
Ive got pics of a group coming in every couple days to my pig pipe. anyone got any tricks to really draw em in and hold em for a couple of nights while a play with my new aac can?
they still coming in? if their not alot of preasure, plenty of food, shade an water they should stay fairly close
All bets are off once the shooting starts.
It'll depend on how many groups are coming in, how smart they are, where the other groups are when you start shooting, etc.
One thing I can tell you when hunting with a suppressor, if you can put the first hog(s) down initially without them squealing or making a bunch of noise then just hang tight for a bit and stay quiet. There's a decent chance the others will come back or that nearby hogs weren't startled by the shot(s) and they'll make their way over there.
