Hope the lib's do not start their nonsense as they did in Alaska with Helo shoots of wolves due to the same libs who protected them for so long, until wolf populations became a BIG issue up there.

I went hunting with a game warden the other night and I mentioned the change in the law. He told me that he was kind of wondering how it would pan out. According to him the helo company's can only sale hunts on "their" own private land.

I would really think so, especially if there advertising the hunts. I'll call Kevin today and ask him a little more about the new law.
There is probably going to be a revised document similar to the one you posted without this documentation:

edit: I've seen this documentation in all the articles I've read:

I believe this is what the game warden was referring to.

Believe me... you will get an after action report. and a before report. on both heli hunt and night vision hunt that nite. I will probably be the first or one of the first in Texas to do this. Am scheduled for Friday afternoon flight so only a Thursday or Friday morning will be before me.

4. Feb 6, 2011. While watching super bowl... spent time on archived posting trying to type my way onto hrt4me's flight. I understood I had no chance but wanted to throw shit and money at the wall and see what might stick. very few people get to fly in helicopters and a minute percentage of those get to shoot at any targets (steel or animal). had to take my swings on what I thought I would never be able to do.

6. Money, Money and Money in the bank ready to pay for fuel. No debt, no kids or ex kids or wives or ex wives to tell me how to spend it. I deliver on what I say. When I say money will arrive for fuel... it will be there. A buncha guys talk and dream... I plan and deliver. Helicopter hog eradication fuel is cheap considering the value of the hunt versus what I paid to hunt above (5).

As you can see above... my words mean something. I paid 50% down and have been training a bunch (have both video and photos) on multiple scenarios.
A buncha guys talk and dream... I plan and deliver.

I need to create another post like the wildboaroutfitters above before I go and see how long it will ride.
After watching the different hog shots over and over like a mental patient and the training on 7 cardboard hogs (3 large and 4 small idpa style targets on side looking like piglets) I do not see myself missing a shot. I know I will miss shots but I dont see it when I think about it. Long story. I have videos and photos from training and stuff.

Texas Monthly sends female reporter on helicopter hog eradication hunt with the guys I am going with on Sept 2nd.

Value of video is it shows how will hang out and functional aspects of heli hunt. Also shows something more than kill shot after kill shot from experienced door gunners using a gun cam. Shows door gunner shooting from pilots angle and this is the first video I have seen like this.

According to the Cedar Ridge guys, they've taken out between 40 and 50 clients plus people on their own land since Sept 1st and they've got as many bookings as they can fit. I wonder how many outfitters there are in total doing this. If I can make some mega $$$ this coming tax season maybe I'll book a heli trip w/ my dad as a birthday present for him––I'm already building a PSL for hunting them on the ground in December.
