6-pt Black Powder buck 198lbs

Who says deer are small in Florida? Well, I guess on the overall average they just may very well be. But that's not the case with this guy... got him Monday am about 8:05 as he and two other smaller bucks came out of a low area headed to some planted pines to bed down. BEFORE dressing he was 198 lbs. Inside spread was 14.5". Sure would have liked to let him go and grow but due to no cooperation from the surrounding hunt clubs, I figured this year I'm just gonna get a buck or two.
I used a .50 cal Traditions Evolution LD with 150grs Triple 7 and a T/C 195gr Shock Wave bullet. Shot was about 100 or so yards and he piled up right there on the spot.

Years ago when we first got a home computer and AOL was all the rage, my wife said I needed to have a "screen name"... well I had just killed a nice SC 6-pt with my bow so I thought Bowhntr6pt was nice. When I got an 8-pt, I thought of changing it, but too many places have me as Bowhntr6pt so I just let it be.
