A bit over 14000 words, should be better than "The Big Ugly" as far as mistakes made.

I enjoyed the read. Hope you get another large chapter soon. I very much enjoyed the way you articulated subject matters for all parties to digest, You sound like the middle man... What I mean by this' is your able to bridge the gap between accountant and engineer and formulate a plan that will actually build the project, not very easy to do, only meet a couple of middle man that could do it well. They are paid extremely well.

I grew up in the Barrio/Hood sections of Fort Worth and Dallas as a kid, still fresh on my memory so I write it from that point of view.
The story is begging for depth, I will come up with something.
