I have a raised garden out back, and caterpillars are destroying it, radishes, carrots, onions, you name it, they are eating it. I've spray the veggies multiple times with this product:
Garden Safe 16 Oz. Worm and Catepillar Killer Liquid
But they seem to be coming back with vengeance.
What can I do? Below are some pics of said culprits.

If sprays or powders aren't working you might consider adding predator insects (praying mantis) or animals (chicken/duck)?
Last year we were infested with tomato worms, and used Azamax on them... it worked well, and says it works with damn near every insect around.
looks like you have a case of army worms. Try Sevin dust or liquid, make sure to treat the ground around the beds also.
I can't tell from the product photo/description, does the Garden Safe Catepillar Killer contain the BT bacteria? If not, get some Thuricide from Home Depot (I don't know if Lowes carries it). Mix up the solution and spray your plants with it in the evenings for three or four days straight. The caterpillars ingest the bacteria when they munch on the plants. It goes to work on them and they are dead within a few days.
Put some Sevin dust on them. They will be dead in 1 hr. All of them!
