I've decided on a Kubota model that MSRPs for around $23k.

I will do the 0% finance.

What should I expect to pay for this tractor with a little haggling? Do Kubota dealers even haggle?

Another +1 for tractorsbynet. I got a Kioti, the other orange. The most useful attachment we got was the set of pallet forks. Ate you looking at MB Tractor?

I figured I'd go by Chappel Tractor in Milford, and then MB.

I paid around 90% of MSRP on the Kubota I bought. I checked with http://www.barlowequipment.com/ and the price was around the same but shipping made it cheaper to buy local.

If you want to keep the local dealers honest, check with Barlow.
