So I'm duping myself haha. The link submitted below by MattNificent should be tacked up in the DIY or SF. It's that good of a thread, and I'm only 23 pages in.

Ill be making my first sheath out of Kydex this coming week and if you have any pointers or interest in DIY Kydex please come join this discussion; DIY Kydex - ARFCOM DIY Forum

I started this discussion today, but thought someone in here would find use, or be of use, so it seemed a suitable cross-link. If theres a problem with this, mods please feel free to correct, no hard feelings.

It will be for the Fiskars/Gerber axes, so if you have been looking for a quality sheath for these you may want to give this a go.
